Each of the drivers makes use of services that, according to the participants, could be realized by the end of 2009, if the corporate world and government organizations put their hands together. This could be achieved by stimulating open platforms and services based on these, by incorporating these into the own operating processes, for instance.

The video encompasses some 15 different services derived from an NBL list in which some ninety services were discussed in workshops and at meetings.
